About The Position

Requirements

• Several years of successful auto sales experience
• Someone who is hungry to learn and ready to step into a leadership role
• Effective communication and people skills
• Comfortable with CRM tools, internet leads, and modern dealership processes
• Organized, reliable, and able to adapt during busy days
• Professional, customer-focused, and team-minded

Responsibilities

• Run our online vehicle acquisition program — managing incoming opportunities and keeping the process smooth and consistent
• Ensure salespeople are responding to internet leads correctly and following our CRM process
• Take turnovers for showroom customers to support the team and close deals when needed
• Coach and support the sales staff in day-to-day operations
• Assist the Sales Manager with training, accountability, and maintaining a high standard of customer service
• Monitor lead quality, follow-up, and sales performance
• Help maintain a positive, team-oriented culture on the sales floor
