About The Position

Pecheles Automotive is hiring a proven automotive closer ready to move up — or an experienced manager who knows how to drive leads, appointments, and deals . This is not a sit-back management role. You will be in the trenches daily — working deals, driving BDC performance, and holding the team accountable. If you’re tired of capped commissions, weak leadership, or no growth path , this is your move.

Requirements

• Strong track record of closing deals
• High urgency, high energy, and no-excuses mentality
• Confidence working deals and customers face-to-face and digitally
• Ability to push for results and hold people accountable
• CRM discipline and follow-up that actually produces

Responsibilities

• Work the desk and TO deals daily
• Help close deals and maximize gross
• Drive internet lead conversion → appointments → shows → sold
• Manage and improve BDC performance and accountability
• Ensure fast response times and aggressive follow-up
• Train sales & BDC staff to increase production immediately
• Enforce process, activity, and standards across the board
