About The Position
Pecheles Automotive is hiring a proven automotive closer ready to move up — or an experienced manager who knows how to drive leads, appointments, and deals. This is not a sit-back management role. You will be in the trenches daily — working deals, driving BDC performance, and holding the team accountable. If you’re tired of capped commissions, weak leadership, or no growth path, this is your move.
Requirements
- Strong track record of closing deals
- High urgency, high energy, and no-excuses mentality
- Confidence working deals and customers face-to-face and digitally
- Ability to push for results and hold people accountable
- CRM discipline and follow-up that actually produces

Responsibilities
- Work the desk and TO deals daily
- Help close deals and maximize gross
- Drive internet lead conversion → appointments → shows → sold
- Manage and improve BDC performance and accountability
- Ensure fast response times and aggressive follow-up
- Train sales & BDC staff to increase production immediately
- Enforce process, activity, and standards across the board
