Your Journey Manage the day-to-day operations of the Front Office and Bell/Door teams Collaborate with the Director of Front Office, Director of Housekeeping, and Hotel Manager on all operational functions, programs, assignments, and hotel activities as deemed necessary to support the business Review and analyze guest engagement scores and trends in Medallia Review guest profiles with the aim of creating a personalized experience Review daily activity, inclusive but not limited to arrivals, departures, in-house itineraries, etc. with the aim of delivering on all guest expectations Deliver on guests' expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs About You You are passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable moments You have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment You are comfortable working the Overnight shift You are open to learning, developing, and growing both yourself, personally, and helping others do the same You are trustworthy and have integrity

Requirements

  • 1+ year of previous Rooms Division management experience required; Front Office and/or Housekeeping management experience highly preferred
  • Experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a high volume and fast paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Front Office and Bell/Door teams

  • Review and analyze guest engagement scores and trends in Medallia
