About The Position

The Warehouse Assistant Manager plays a critical role in driving accuracy, efficiency, and execution across warehouse operations. Partnering closely with the Warehouse Manager, this role helps ensure inventory integrity, operational excellence, and timely fulfillment that supports both our retail and e-commerce channels. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in building strong teams and disciplined processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, or operations leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, fulfillment operations, and warehouse best practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive accountability.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to balance speed and accuracy.
• A hand-on solutions-driven approach with the grit to get things done.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with RFID, inventory systems, or WMS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build championship teams by supervising, coaching, and developing the Warehouse team to drive accountability, performance, and engagement.
• Be obsessed with accuracy by overseeing receivables, purchase order processing, replenishment, inventory audits, and cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity.
• Lead with a limitless mindset by driving RFID implementation and leveraging inventory reporting to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.
• Deliver relentless execution by managing pick-and-pack operations to meet quality, accuracy, and delivery standards.
• Ensure all inbound goods are received, inspected, and processed in accordance with quality and compliance standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment that supports efficient workflows and high service levels.
• Partner cross-functionally to maintain clear communication and support seamless operations across departments.
