As an Assistant Residential Manager, you will play an essential role in the daily operations of the home while supporting young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they develop greater independence. In partnership with the Residential Manager, you will help oversee staffing, provide guidance to Direct Support Professionals, ensure documentation and service delivery meet OPWDD standards, and maintain a positive, supportive environment. You'll also work hands-on with individuals, supporting them in daily routines such as cooking, budgeting, personal care, household responsibilities, and community engagement. This role promotes choice, dignity, and self-direction while helping individuals build the confidence and skills needed to transition to more independent living.
