Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Active Pennsylvania LPN or RN License
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Assisted Living or Personal Care
- Strong clinical knowledge of geriatric care
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer’s, or related conditions preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support personal care staff in daily clinical operations
- Provide hands-on nursing services when needed
- Maintain compliance with regulations and documentation standards
- Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and person-centered care environment
