Scope of Position: The Assistant Residence Manager works under the supervision of the Residence Manager/Director and plays a key role in providing clinical rehabilitative services to individual residents. In addition to offering direct services, this position also supports delegated operational and financial responsibilities within the residential program. The Assistant Resident Manager assists the Residence Manager/Director in ensuring the program is prepared for successful OMH (Office of Mental Health) and LITC (Low Income Tax Credit) audits and reviews. This role is vital in maintaining smooth operations, ensuring compliance, and helping foster a supportive environment for residents.
