Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including multi-unit P&L responsibility.
- Proven track record in sales leadership, customer service, and team development.
- Strong business acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods with frequent bending.
- Capability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Extensive travel to and from Milton Rents branch locations and customer job sites.

- Industry experience in equipment rental, construction services, or industrial operations is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Support and manage multi-branch operations across a defined territory, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Set and execute financial and operational strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Drive sales performance, customer retention, and market share growth through coaching and leadership.
- Optimize fleet utilization and asset management in partnership with Senior Leadership.
- Assist with rental fleet management activities including fleet planning, acquisitions and disposals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, and internal safety standards.
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct training with employees on operational processes being implemented.
- Promote a positive work environment for all employees to succeed.

- Pay Range: $85,000 - $115,000 depending on experience. This is a bonus eligible position.
