The Assistant QC/QA Director supports the QC Director in the coordination, planning, and supervision of the contract/project quality management system to ensure contracts and projects meet or exceed established quality control standards and customer specifications. This role assists with managerial oversight of QA/QC activities involving company employees, subcontractors, and vendors, including quality records verification, documentation, lab operations, non-destructive testing, and adherence to applicable codes and standards. The Assistant QC/QA Director aids in implementing the Quality policy across the organization in alignment with Colas USA's values.
