The assistant property manager will be responsible for the supervision of the overall operations of the community and maintaining the physical assets and financial performance. Must have previous multi-family lease-up and rent collection experience, excellent communication, and organizational skills. They must also demonstrate strong leadership qualities and be able to effectively manage, mentor, and motivate their team.
