About The Role: As a CBRE Assistant Property Manager, you will manage a variety of financial activities for a small or mid-size market to drive financial performance and client satisfaction. This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group. What You'll Do: Perform various regional, client account, and department administrative, process improvement, and financial functions. Partner with field management staff, client accounting services, and management. Assist with the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects. Code and process vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables. Assemble data reports including Accounts Receivable, Income, Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization, pipeline, and other business metrics. Conduct internal compliance reviews. Report review outcomes and make recommendations for change. Provide customer service support to internal and external clients for basic inquiries and questions. Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Impact the quality of own work. Implement established procedures and practices to accomplish goals and fulfill timelines. Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding.
