Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/education.
  • 2–3 years of sales or leasing experience.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (property management experience is a plus!).
  • Stellar communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with property management software.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Drive leasing and sales with your knack for closing deals and building relationships.
  • Boost our brand through creative marketing and community outreach.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service, resolving issues and answering questions with ease.
  • Partner with the Property Manager to set competitive rents using comp reports and market insights.
  • Guide residents through the leasing process, from application to move-in, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Keep records organized and compliant with Uptown Rental Properties’ high standards.
  • Monitor rent payments, renter’s insurance, and utility transfers, escalating issues when needed.
  • Conduct property walks to maintain our industry-leading curb appeal.
  • Manage maintenance requests using our property management software, ensuring quick resolutions.
  • Support leasing and marketing with local PR efforts to make our community the talk of the town.
