We’re looking for an Assistant Property Manager to help power the daily operations of our beautiful apartment community in Olympia, WA. No property management background? Experience in retail, hospitality, beauty services, medical/dental front office, or a similar customer-facing role? Perfect. We can teach the systems—the energy, attitude, and drive come from you.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (property management helpful but not required)
  • Friendly, clear, and professional communication skills
  • Strong organizational habits and follow-through
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work weekends or a flexible schedule when needed

Responsibilities

  • Support the Property Manager with organization, follow-up, and daily operations
  • Assist residents and prospects with questions, service requests, leasing needs
  • Track rent payments, deposits, and fees; follow up on delinquent accounts
  • Coordinate turns, inspections, move-ins and move-outs
  • Maintain accurate records and update digital systems consistently
  • Support leasing and retention efforts with empathy and professionalism
  • Contribute ideas to marketing and outreach efforts
  • Help wherever needed—phones, tours, maintenance coordination, vendor support
