Assistant Property Manager Location: Export, PA Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour Join a regional leader! Requirements
- Experience: Section 8/HUD experience strongly preferred.
- Skills: Strong organization and a "resident-first" attitude.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: Must be proficient in using technology to complete daily tasks (email, digital records, and property software).
- Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and car insurance.
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Compliance: Support HUD/Section 8 certifications and documentation.
- Leasing: Handle inquiries, tours, and resident applications.
- Operations: Assist with rent collection, bookkeeping, and unit inspections.
- Resident Service: Provide professional, empathetic support to our community.
