This role partners closely with the Property Manager to ensure efficient property operations, regulatory compliance, strong resident satisfaction, and overall site performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resident-focused, and experienced in affordable housing programs. LIHTC experience is required for this role. The Assistant Property Manager will support leasing, compliance documentation, resident communication, rent collections, and coordination with maintenance and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Now offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days of employment in good standing.
