About The Position

Trinity Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a residential community. This role partners closely with the Property Manager to ensure efficient property operations, regulatory compliance, strong resident satisfaction, and overall site performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resident-focused, and experienced in affordable housing programs. LIHTC experience is required for this role. The Assistant Property Manager will support leasing, compliance documentation, resident communication, rent collections, and coordination with maintenance and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Now offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days of employment in good standing.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of property management experience required
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, customer service, and resident relations skills

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
  • LIHTC Certification preferred
  • COS Certification preferred
  • Yardi experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the Property Manager in overseeing daily property operations
  • Process rental applications, income verifications, recertifications, and compliance documentation
  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC and other affordable housing program requirements
  • Assist with Section 8 and subsidy program administration
  • Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate maintenance work orders and follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain organized resident files and accurate documentation for audits and inspections
  • Prepare resident notices, letters, and general community communications
  • Assist with rent collections, delinquency reporting, and resident payment follow-up
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and support inspections, REAC readiness, and audits
  • Deliver excellent customer service to residents, applicants, and visitors
