About The Position

Do you enjoy the fast pace property while still providing outstanding customer service at all levels? If so, contact us about becoming a candidate for the full-time Assistant Manager at Weatherly Ridge Apartments. The main focus of this position is processing applications, annual renewals, assist and direct in the absence of the Manager.  You will support in managing rent increases, occupancy level, customer satisfaction, management reviews, inspections, etc. You will also be utilizing your leasing, hospitality and customer service skills. The ideal candidate should support in fostering an inclusive working environment to strengthen relationships with residents, owners, customers and employees. Relying on solid communication and a deep understanding of the values and needs of all those involved. Three years of apartment industry experience is required.  Three years of Section 42 tax credit experience is required.  Schedule Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM rotation.
