About The Position

Landmark Property Services is seeking an energetic and customer‑focused Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a busy leasing office in Scott's Addition. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, personable, and experienced in leasing, customer service, and sales. Schedule: Monday–Friday, plus some Saturdays

Requirements

  • 2+ years of leasing experience (management experience preferred)
  • Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; RealPage experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening
  • Weekday + Saturday availability

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Assist with leasing, tours, and resident relations
  • Process leases, renewals, move-ins and move-outs
  • Collect rent and manage delinquent accounts
  • Maintain resident files and financial records
  • Answer phones, perform general office duties, and support daily operations
  • Ensure strong customer service and compliance with Fair Housing laws
