What you’ll be doing: The Assistant Property Manager (APM) supports the property manager in efficiently overseeing the assigned community. In the absence of the property manager, the APM takes on all responsibilities to achieve community including accurate reporting of rents,deposits and maintains regular reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The APM must be capable of performing essential job functions, including resident relations, marketing, and administrative work.
