About The Position

Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for our LIHTC Department. This person will process and screen applicants for eligibility, compute rent recertifications in accordance with HUD, LIHTC, and MHRA regulations including all annual and interim rent changes. Additional tasks include communicating Authority policies, services, and requirements including lease enforcement, safety, etc. as well as assisting the Property Manager with various functions. Our ideal candidate will possess three years' experience in customer service and/or office management. Property management experience is preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Interested applicants should possess strong multi-tasking skills and be sensitive to the needs of persons with diverse social, cultural and economic backgrounds. This is a full-time, 35-hour work week, position. A valid driver's license and personal auto insurance are required. Requirements
