Requirements
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication & relationship-building abilities
- Property Management: 2 year (Preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities
- Successful experiences in rent collections
- Effective Marketing Experience, with a working knowledge of social media outlets
- Working knowledge of local laws & court procedures
