Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of on-site multifamily property management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi or similar)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
Willingness to complete Tonti University training assignments

Responsibilities

Assist with administrative tasks
Support resident relations
Process rent payments and deposits
Prepare financial reports
Maintain accurate records
Coordinate with vendors and contractors
Assist with leasing and renewals
Ensure compliance with community policies and company procedures
Deliver a positive living experience for our residents
Keep operations running seamlessly
