About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Residential Assistant Property Manager for our property located in Chicago's historic Hyde Park neighborhood. The ideal individual for this position is someone who is well-organized and professional with sales, marketing and financial skills. Requirements

  • At least three years of residential property management experience
  • Availability to work Saturdays
  • Knowledge of effective marketing, sales and closing techniques
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A proactive approach, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with property management software (Yardi and CRM)
