We are seeking an Assistant Property Controller to support day‑to‑day accounting operations through the maintenance and coordination of accounting books and records in Orlando, Florida. This full‑time accounting position is responsible for the preparation, review, analysis, and presentation of key accounting processes, including general ledger journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and revenue and expense variance analysis. The Assistant Property Controller will work closely with the Property Controller and cross‑functional department leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and timely month‑end close activities. The ideal candidate brings strong general ledger accounting experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to analyze complex financial data and clearly communicate findings. This role plays a critical part in supporting financial accuracy within a hospitality and timeshare accounting environment, helping leadership identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and improve accounting controls while presenting actionable solutions. This position requires a motivated accounting professional who can work independently while also collaborating with accounting team members and department managers. Experience with Oracle financial systems, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and prior hospitality or timeshare accounting experience are highly preferred.
