About The Position
Responsible for assisting the Project Manager and project management team in the execution of projects through all phases of construction. Assists the Project Manager in the following areas: Estimating Planning and scheduling Management of subcontractors and vendors Communication with all members of the project team Quick and appropriate response to issues that may arise Timely turnover of a properly constructed project Timely project closeout Complete customer satisfaction Customer follow up Project profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor ’ s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management or relevant experience in lieu of education.
- Minimum of (2) years ’ experience in a construction related field
