Who We're Looking For: The Assistant Project Manager plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial real estate due diligence projects. This position ensures smooth workflow by managing resources, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating communication among internal teams, vendors, and clients. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a related role, preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and written communication skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn web-based research platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers with organizing project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Gather and organize the required information at project kickoff.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, surveyors, and contractors.
  • Follow up on outstanding items to keep projects moving.
  • Provide clear and timely updates on progress, delays, risks, or issues.
  • Ensure alignment across internal teams regarding project expectations.
  • Maintain organized, accurate digital project files and notes.
  • Review incoming documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Conduct basic quality checks on deliverables and flag inconsistencies.
  • Assist with tool updates (CRM, project trackers), budget tracking, and invoice preparation.
  • Support project managers with presentations, correspondence, and reporting.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.
