Overall Purpose The Denver Assistant Project Manager (APM) reports to the Project Manager. The APM provides operational support and coordination to the Project Manager for operations in the Denver office. Maintaining project records is a central part of the role, e.g., equipment inventory, work plans, project notes, and tracking action items. The APM schedules meetings, prepares meeting minutes and documents action items for internal and external meetings. The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of group activity wherein the APM provides field and office support to expedite achieving goals and objectives of each project assignment. The APM may be responsible for various phases or aspects of a project including but not limited to, planning, organizing, executing, closing, and customer interaction to achieve successful project completion with constraints on scope, time, cost, performance, and customer needs.
