About The Position

Bridge Brothers designs, engineers, fabricates, and constructs custom steel bridge systems used across the country—from municipalities and national parks to energy and private-sector clients. Our work lives at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and construction . Projects are complex, highly visible, and built to last decades. We value people who take ownership, think critically, and want to understand how things are actually built—not just tracked. When you join Bridge Brothers, you’re not just supporting projects—you’re helping deliver infrastructure that connects communities. Bridge Brothers is seeking a hands-on Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of large-scale bridge manufacturing projects. This role is designed for candidates with construction, manufacturing, or engineering-adjacent backgrounds who want deep exposure to how complex steel projects move from design → fabrication → QC → delivery . You’ll work directly with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, gain ownership early, and build the foundation to grow into a full Project Manager role . This is not a paperwork-only PM role —it’s an execution-focused position in a fast-paced industrial environment.
