An Assistant Project Manager is second in command, responsible for the location’s performance and development in accordance with the Rytech Operations Manual. The activities listed do not encapsulate all responsibilities of an Assistant Operations Manager. Assistant Project Managers / Lead Technicians are employees that have displayed the skills, leadership abilities and exceptional attitude who assist the Project Manager facilitate production and some admin functions. All through the assistant does not directly manage the operations day to day activities, they are expected to have the skills, knowledge, and leadership capabilities to support the Project Manager whenever necessary.
