Assistant Project Manager – Glass Omni Glass & Paint is hiring a full-time Assistant Project Manager to assist with construction projects from start to finish. What You'll Do As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll assist with all phases of construction projects, help to ensure they meet customer expectations and organizational goals within budget and timeline constraints. You'll help create and implement project plans, assist with assigning and coordinate staff duties, and manage labor and materials. You'll work with estimators to analyze blueprints and specifications, help prepare bids, and negotiate contracts. You'll maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You'll also help monitor supplier performance, oversee documentation, and contribute to solution design, testing, and training. What You'll Need To succeed in this role, you'll need strong organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to read architectural blueprints. An associate's or bachelor's degree in business or construction management is preferred, along with at least three years of construction project management experience-ideally in the glass and glazing industry. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Strong math and measurement skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Flexibility to work extra hours based on project demands is required.
