The Assistant Project Manager 2 will be key in providing hands on support to ensure client satisfaction and seamless project execution. Individual would be either currently based in the Charlotte NC area OR must commit to temporarily relocating or weekly travel to the Charlotte NC area for the project assignment. The individual in this role will, assist Field Managers, Project Managers, Sr. Project Managers in understanding the project scope in order to make the best Buy-Out decisions. Uses basic negotiation skills with Owners and subcontractors; utilizes cost forecasting and understands Scopes of Work. Has demonstrated ability to complete a standard project by themselves. Can manage moderate client(s) expectations and client basic building scope. Can successfully make deals with subs, buy-out, negotiate. Experience running an effective Client meeting. Has been assigned and run a small/ medium job (s). This individual will have a significant role in managing a project's day-to-day operations and leading junior team members.
