Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 1-2 years of related field experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of construction methods and safety practices

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Solar or related industry experience
  • Proficiency in Mandarin
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day project activities from pre-construction through closeout
  • Lead Coordination with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
  • Track project progress, support schedule updates and recommend adjustments to meet deadlines
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawing reviews
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and records
  • Ensure all documents comply with contract requirements and specifications
  • Assist in cost tracking, change order management, and budget control
  • Review subcontractor invoices and support payment applications
  • Identify potential cost risks, develop mitigation strategies and implement solutions
  • Support procurement of materials and equipment
  • Track material deliveries and ensure alignment with project schedule
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve supply or quality issues
  • Ensure construction work complies with drawings, specifications, and codes
  • Participate in inspections and quality assurance processes
  • Help resolve field issues and coordinate corrective actions
  • Support implementation of site safety plans and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
  • Participate in safety meetings and audits
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders
  • Support meetings and track action items
