The Assistant Project Director / Process Engineer supports the Project Director in overseeing operations, compliance, staff performance, and client satisfaction across Oklahoma City’s four wastewater treatment facilities, while also providing expert-level process engineering support. This role combines operational leadership with hands-on technical expertise to ensure regulatory compliance, optimize plant performance, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven, technology-focused solutions. This position plays a key role in process control, regulatory compliance, biosolids and engineering support, serving as a technical resource for plant staff, leadership, and the City of Oklahoma City.
