The Assistant Program Manager (APM) will oversee the administration, performance, and compliance of contract. The APM will serve as the primary “alternate” point of contact between the Government and contract staff, ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual obligations, quality standards, and operational efficiency. The APM shall be the primary (in the absence of the PM representative) responsible for all contracted work and will ensure all standards are met for designated locations. The APM will also serve as the primary point of contact for processing suitability requests.
