The Assistant Program Manager (APM) will support the NDU in creating and fostering an environment that is safe, therapeutic, highly-structured, nurturing, supportive and positive for all children, families, staff and community resources in order to provide high quality residential treatment and integrated services. The Assistant Program Manager supports Behavior Technicians in ensuring they and the clients they serve reach their full potential through providing positive, enriching, and nurturing relationships and activities as well as a stable, consistent, safe, and structured living environment. Assistant Program Managers will work a combination of in ratio and out of ratio hours each week and will focus on modeling leadership and supporting the growth of a program that seeks to embrace and empower the children served every day.
