About The Position

As an Assistant Program Director, you’ll play a key role in supporting the continued growth of our recently opened Stratford location. You’ll help deliver an incredible experience for kids and their families by teaching high-quality classes and assisting in developing our team and gym culture. You’ll work with children ages 4 months to 12 years and their families, while also supporting the Program Director in training and mentoring team members to ensure they grow and thrive in their roles.

Requirements

Direct gymnastics coaching or teaching experience with children
Experience training, mentoring, or supervising staff
Previous responsibility for managing teams or leading programs
You’re totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s. You are positive, outgoing, and have an engaging personality

Nice To Haves

You have a CPR certification and/or first aid training (nice to have)

Responsibilities

Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. Engage with customers inquiries via phone, text, and email. We treat our members like family here
Help manage gym operations including scheduling, cleanliness, and event planning
Assist the Program Director oversee the full of breadth offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met
Help drive and track key performance metrics like enrollment, retention, and intro class conversion
Assist Program Director with training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members
Attend and run grassroots events as needed
Other projects and tasks as needed to assist the Program and Gym Directors
