About The Position

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Internal Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine is seeking a full or part-time academic general internal medicine/primary care physician. Responsibilities include providing educational leadership and supervising patient care in ambulatory and hospital settings at the University and its affiliated hospitals, in addition to the teaching and training of medical students, house staff, and fellows. Appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishment and experience. Consideration may be given to applicants seeking less than a full-time schedule. Requirements

• M.D. degree or equivalent, from an approved LCME medical school
• Satisfactory completion of an Internal Medicine residency program from an ACGME accredited program
• Eligible for Texas medical licensure
• Board certified in Internal Medicine
