The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Utah State University (USU) invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level. The position will be located on the main Logan campus with an estimated start date of August 2026. Candidates should have a PhD in chemistry, or a closely related field, and research interests in an area broadly related to advanced energy sources and storage. The successful candidate is expected to engage with USU's new Energy Engineering Program (https://engineering.usu.edu/news/main-feed/2024/energizing-utah). Application review will begin on December 1, 2025 and continue until the position is filled. This is a full-time, nine-month (academic year) appointment with a 50/40/10 division of effort between research, teaching, and service.
