The School of Labor and Employment Relations at The Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA, USA, invites applications for a full-time tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor, to start Fall 2026. Responsibilities include a combination of resident and online instruction, research, and normal university service. The teaching load during the academic year is four courses. On-site teaching is an essential function of this job. The School of Labor and Employment Relations is a dynamic, multidisciplinary program that wishes to strengthen further its high-profile tenure-line faculty. The school has a growing multidisciplinary program with residential and online B.A. and B.S. degrees in Labor and Human Resources and Organizational Leadership, and a professional master’s program in Human Resources and Employment Relations. In residence, there is also an MS in Human Resources and Employment Relations and a Doctoral Minor.
