The University of Louisville Department of Medicine invites applications for a full-time faculty position in the Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes. The Division’s clinical enterprise spans University of Louisville Hospital, Jewish Hospital and Norton Hospital in downtown Louisville, as well as the Louisville VA Medical Center. The Division has developed distinctive clinical programs focused on diabetes, cardiometabolic risk reduction, pituitary disease, and transgender medicine, and maintains an active ACGME accredited fellowship program with two fellows per year. This position will involve patient care in general endocrinology and teaching of fellows, residents, and medical students. The position will also offer numerous opportunities for collaboration in clinical and translational research, and the successful candidate will participate in the continued expansion of the Division’s educational programs. Candidates must be board certified in Internal Medicine and board certified or board eligible in Endocrinology. Compensation will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience and level of development.
