ASSISTANT PROFESSOR or ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR - CLINICAL- PHYSICAL MEDICINE & REHABILITATION
About The Position
The LSU Health Sciences Center, Department of Medicine, Section of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in New Orleans, seeks an enthusiastic PM&R physician to join our faculty at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor (non-tenure, clinical track). The successful candidate will provide outpatient clinical duties for the Section’s robust clinics. Some consult service staffing may also be required. Academic appointment commensurate with professional experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join our faculty. Experience is preferred, but junior faculty with excellent training should apply. The Section currently consists of full-time and volunteer faculty and has ACGME -accredited training programs in PM&R, PM&R-Peds, and Pain for approximately 30 trainees. The successful candidate will enjoy collaborative and productive interactions within our growing faculty. LSUHSC offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
