Assistant Professor Or Associate Professor - Clinical Medicine
About The Position
The LSU Health Sciences Center-New Orleans, Department of Medicine, Section of Community & Population Medicine, seeks an enthusiastic faculty member at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor (non-tenure, clinical track) for a clinical faculty position in the LSU Integrated Health Clinic at our LSU Health Sciences Center partner site, University Medical Center New Orleans ( UMCNO ). The selected candidate will provide outpatient clinical services (primary care and Medication Assisted Treatment for patients with Opioid Use Disorder) in the LSU Integrated Health Clinic at the UMCNO Primary Care Center up to 8 half-days per week. Faculty may contribute to education and supervision and teaching of students or residents within the clinical setting. Opportunities to participate in or develop clinical research or additional educational programming may also be available depending on experience and interests.
Responsibilities
