About The Position
The Department of Chemistry at Villanova University invites applicants for a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor position in Physical Chemistry or closely related fields to teach in a B.S. ( ACS certified for chemistry; ASBMB accredited for biochemistry) and M.S. granting department. The successful candidate will receive a start-up package and a pre-tenure sabbatical. Requirements
- Applicants should have a Ph.D.
- Post-doctoral experience is preferred

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the vibrant curriculum of the department at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, with courses in Physical Chemistry and in additional area(s) of specialty.
- Establish and maintain an active and productive research program
- Integrate undergraduate and graduate students into research
- Actively seek extramural funding
- Effectively participate in departmental/university and professional service.
