The Department of Management and Supply Chain at East Tennessee State University (ETSU) in Johnson City, Tennessee, invites applications for a 9-month academic, tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Human Resource Management/Leadership. The position may begin in Spring 2026 or Fall 2026, depending on candidate availability and departmental needs. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to teach, conduct high-quality research, and actively engage in institutional, professional, and community service activities, including student recruitment and continuous program improvement activities. The candidate will also be responsible for mentoring students and supporting student organizations.
