PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate will fulfill the duties of tenure track faculty to include: Teach courses in the Teacher Education core Advise students and supervise student teachers Contribute to student recruitment activities Contribute to Teacher Education Program responsibilities

Requirements

Earned degree in Education.
Doctorate in Education (or related field) or ABD
three years of successful 5-12 teaching experience
demonstrated understanding of student-centered learning, teacher preparation, and excellence in teaching
commitment to inclusive communities.
Ability to teach in the education professional core and facilitate student work in diverse settings.
Successful candidates will also have a demonstrated commitment to promoting inclusive community in a multicultural educational and work environment and must be willing to support the College’s mission and contribute to the strategic plan.
