The Assistant Professor of Criminology will provide instruction to undergraduate students at Heidelberg University on a 4/4 full-time teaching load. Courses may include Introduction to Criminology and Criminal Justice, Introduction to Sociology, Victimology, Juvenile Justice, Research Methods and Statistics, Corrections, and courses in the hire’s specialization. This is a non-tenure-track position beginning in August 2026. Review of applications will begin on January 12th, 2026 and continue until a suitable candidate is found.
