About The Position

McNeese State University invites applicants for the position of Assistant Professor of Computer Science in the Department of Engineering and Computer Science. This is a full-time, 9-month, unclassified, tenure-track position. The appointment begins in August 2025. The position of Assistant Professor is responsible for functions related to teaching courses, advising students, and conducting research. The assistant professor will work closely with faculty and staff in the department of engineering and computer science. McNeese State University, located in Lake Charles, Louisiana, is a public university and a member of the University of Louisiana System.
