About The Position

The University of South Dakota invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor in Audiology within the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. This 9-month faculty position offers flexible start dates in January, May, or August 2026, and is ideal for those eager to shape the future of audiology education, research, and clinical practice. Requirements

Ph.D. in audiology (ABD considered) or related field.
Eligible for or holds a South Dakota Audiology license

Responsibilities

Teach engaging didactic courses and supervise clinical practicum experiences.

Develop and advance an independent research program aligned with audiology expertise.
Participate in departmental, college, and university service.
