Assistant Professor - Marketing
About The Position
The College of Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse is inviting applications for an Assistant Professor tenure-track position in Marketing for August 2026 (possible January 2026 start). The person in this position is responsible for teaching undergraduate in person courses in Marketing with a strong commitment to student growth and development, engaging in an active and ongoing scholarly activity, providing service to the department, university, community. The review of applications starts on October 5, 2025. Applications received on or before October 5th are prioritized and review will continue until the position(s) is/are filled. Initial interviews will be conducted virtually, with shortlisted candidates invited to campus.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or DBA from an AACSB accredited, or similarly accredited, university in marketing; or, related business field along with relevant marketing experience. Degree must be earned by the end of the first year of employment.
- Prior teaching experience in marketing and/or marketing related fields, having sole responsibility for at least one semester-long course.
- Qualified to teach in two or more areas of marketing that compliments current faculty.
- Evidence of ability and commitment to conduct high quality, publishable marketing or marketing-related refereed research
