The Management and Entrepreneurship department within the Sykes College of Business at The University of Tampa invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor starting August 2026. The teaching load is twelve (12) credit hours, three (3) courses per semester at the undergraduate and graduate level. The candidate is expected to engage in scholarly research activity and provide service that involves advising students as well as providing service to the department, college, university and broader community. Salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. Start-up packages and research space are available for tenure-track positions. Co-curricular activities offered through the Center include the CREATE business plan competition and boot-camp, the Spartan Accelerator, the UT Entrepreneurs Club, and the Spartan Incubator.
